The Strathcona Regional District (SRD) invites quotations from qualified vendors to provide curbside pickup and chipping of residential wood debris. Eligible properties will be invited to pile and unlimited amount of brush and tree trimmings at their curb at a predetermined date and time starting on June 16 th, 2022. The successful proponent(s) will be expected to pick up this wood debris, convert the debris to wood chips, and dispose of the chips at the locations mentioned in this RFQ. Proponents may offer a quotation for some or all electoral areas included in this RFQ. All prices must be quoted in Canadian dollars with applicable taxes shown separately. Prices are to remain valid for a minimum period of 60 days from the submission deadline. Written quotations on the attached completed and signed quotation form must be submitted by mail or in person to 990 Cedar Street, Campbell River, BC, V9W 7Z8, or by email to procurement@strathconard.ca or fax at 250-830-6710. The vendor is solely responsible for ensuring that the quotation is received at the Regional District office before the submission deadline. Proponents are welcome to submit a bid for a single Electoral Area or multiple Electoral Areas.
