Bi-annual mowing and trimming of the Springfield's four (4) water tanks located: South of Park Street above Herrick Street In Hartness Park, at the top of Summer Street near the beginning of Skitchewaug Trail Off South Street above Springfield High School Near the junction of Northfield Drive and Davidson Hill Road This work includes all mowing, trimming and brush/sapling removal on the dam. The work also includes the cutting of any brush or saplings growing in the mowed area and around the fences. Contractors will trim and mow all features from the entrance gate to the respective tank/impoundment area. The Town of Springfield, Vermont reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept the bid deemed in the best interest to the Town of Springfield. The Town of Springfield also reserves the right to make any modifications in any bid if it is deemed in the best interest of the Town of Springfield as well as the right to waive any formality.
