The initial contract is for a period of 12 months with two (2) extension possibilities of one (1) year each. This extension is at the discretion of the CISSSMC. The option to extend the contract or not must be communicated in writing to the SERVICE PROVIDER within thirty (30) days preceding the anniversary date. The auction will be done by lot: Batch 1-CCLM Batch 2-HHR. Tenderers may participate in one or both lots. To do this, they must submit a bid for each desired lot. Please refer to Appendix 2.00 Price Schedule, of the Tender Form document. The Contractor shall: provide qualified manpower in sufficient quantity, taking into account that he may be called upon to work on several interventions at the same time and on different shifts; source and supply, as needed, the materials required and which are not otherwise provided by the PUBLIC BODY; provide the tools, machinery, vehicles and other accessories that are necessary for the performance of the work.
