Site work and paving for a road / highway in West Manchester, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Bids are to be submitted on the following proposal: for the furnishing and application of emulsions/asphalt and crushed limestone necessary to strip patch and/or chip and seal the various roads of Monroe Township, as directed by the Board of Trustees. Bids are to be for complete work, including all sweeping, rolling and furnishing of all necessary lights and barricades. Bids are to be submitted on a unit basis - gallons and tons applied to Township roads and are to be submitted according to the specifications included with the bid forms. The outside of the sealed bid shall be marked with "Monroe Township Summer Road Work 2022." The attention of the bidders is directed to the special statutory provisions, R.C. 4115.02 et. seq., governing the prevailing rate of wages to be paid to laborers and mechanics employed on public improvements, and also to R.C. 153.59 regarding nondiscrimination. The Board of Trustees of Monroe Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
