Site work and paving for a road / highway in Conyers, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Conyers City Council is soliciting sealed bids to furnish all labor, materials and equipment for the 2022 LMIG Project. The improvements include, but are not limited to, placing roadway thermostriping, raised pavement markers, painting existing crosswalks, crack sealing and seal coating asphalt on various roadways at specific locations. Submit questions and/or requests for clarifications regarding this bid no later than April 28, 2022 by 3:00 p.m. EST. Written responses will be issued in an addendum. A 5% Bid Bond will be required. Prior to contract execution, a Payment and Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract will be required from the awarded bidder.
