This estimate identifies the responsibilities of the service provider and defines the expected service delivery. Here are the two vaccination clinics of the CISSS des Laurentides: Lot 1: Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts | Place Lagny: 96 Main Street East, Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, J8C 1K2 Lot 2: Blainville: 820, boul. Curé-Labelle, Blainville, J7C 2K6 The service provider may bid on one (1) or two (2) lots. The CISSS des Laurentides cannot guarantee that the vaccination clinics will all be kept informed of the mandate. They may be closed depending on traffic and the directives of the Ministry. In addition, vaccination clinics may change location during the mandate. Addresses will be forwarded to the service provider. The CISSS des Laurentides cannot guarantee that the service provider will be able to maintain the number of staff to provide services following the clinic's move. The area of the site may be reduced at any time.
