Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the contract amount, made out individually to Cambridge Township, East Fallowfield Township, Greenwood Township, Union Township, Vernon Township, West Mead Township and Woodcock Township. Bids will be accepted only from PennDOT pre-qualified contractors. All proposals must be upon the forms furnished. The Townships of Cambridge, East Fallowfield, Greenwood, Union, Vernon, West Mead and Woodcock, reserve the right to reject any or all proposals or waive any or all informalities therein, and award contracts in the best interest of each entity. Each entity also reserves the right to delete any item or items from the contract for budgetary reasons.
