Construction Cost Range: $10000-$100000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Site visits are strongly encouraged. Parking is available in the lot at the front of the complex and the batting cage area can be accessed at any time by foot. The driveways are gated, they're closed when games aren't going on. scope of work Shelter - roof system only - all walls are open. 12' tall walls. Single or double slope - the most cost efficient option. Metal roof panels "Bright Red" 26 ga. commercial type. Metal roof panels must have a minimum standard warranty from the manufacturer. Gable and/or eave trim. No overhangs. No insulation. 4" finished concrete slab. Roof pitch on a 1/12 - that would make the walls 12' tall and the center or peak would be 13' 5" tall. This roof system will house two (2) 15' wide X 60' long batting cages that will be made out of cloth netting (installed and supplied by others) - similar to the one at Coward Ballfield on Hwy 52 in Coward, SC. Must meet Florence County, SC code requirements. All permits and business license fees to be paid by the General Contractor. General Contractor must be licensed.
