Montgomery County intends to enter into a firm-fixed-price, Unit Price Contract with a qualified firm to provide construction and construction-related services including but not limited to the construction, repair, retrofit, alteration and modernization for: The Lake Hallowell Maintenance Sediment Removal Project involves removal of approximately 11,000 cubic yards (CY) of accumulated sediment from the southern portion of Lake Hallowell (the Lake) and replacement of the Principal Spillway valve located in the north portion of the Lake. The removed sediment shall be dewatered on Site and transported off Site to an approved disposal facility.
