Conduct an analysis for the sports tourism market in Seminole County by surveying local sports organizations, as well as assembling an inventory of competitive sports facilities and tourism attractions. The analysis will include an economic and demographic overview of Seminole County and its competitive markets, capital investment recommendations, a potential site analysis, and an economic and fiscal impact analysis. The focus will be on enhancing the local community usage and sports tourism base in the County while identifying the level of investment dollars that will be needed and the time in which potential projects could come to fruition. In addition to the current Seminole County sports complexes, the County is seeking an analysis on similar information for further capital investments in youth sports facilities. The Feasibility Study requires a multi-year event plan and supporting pro forma financials be developed along with economic impact estimates for the proposed capital investment.
