Site work and paving for a road / highway in Richfield, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The Town of Richfield, Adams County WI is accepting sealed bids for Town Road Maintenance for the 2022 season as follows: 1) Grading of Town Roads. Approximately 15 miles of road, Bid must be per hour using the BIDDERS EQUIPMENT. The number of times to be determined by the Board. 2) Mowing of Town Roads. Approximately 42 miles roads, Bid must be per hour using the BIDDERS EQUIPMENT, and/ or per hour using the Town Mower. The number of times to be determined by the Board 3) Gravel Hauling. o Cypress Ave- 4th Ave to Town line , approximately 3 miles select low areas o Cottonville Ave (Rustic Road ) from 4th West to Town line approximately 3 miles select low areas 4) Double Seal Over Hard Surfaces o Chicago Ave - Marked area, (can see fresh seal from 2019) East - approximately 1 1/2 mile o 1st Drive G to CC, approximately 1 mile o Cumberland approximately 1 Ave - 3rd to G approximately 1 mile o Cypress Ave - 1st Drive to G -approximately 1 mile and will be opened Tuesday April 19th, 2022 during the Monthly meeting at the Richfield Town hall. Clearly labeled and sealed bids are to be sumitted to Tanya Burrows, Clerk; 153 Cumberland Ave, Coloma Wi 54930. The Town of Richfield reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or accept the bid most advantageous to the town, and waive to formalities. Current, Active Certificate of Insurance and List of equipment to be used MUST accompany all bids Tanya Burrows, Clerk.
