Reference number : 1590532 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-04-20 Submission sent electronically accepted: No Paving work on 12th Rang East and des Bouleaux and des Trembles streets NOTICE OF PUBLIC CALL FOR TENDERS 1.1 - Object of the contract The municipality of Saint-Theodore-d'Acton wishes to obtain tenders since it plans to have paving work carried out on 12 th Rang and des Bouleaux and des Trembles streets. The tenderer who will be awarded the contract must carry out the work according to the plans and specifications produced by the firm Consumaj inc. Interested companies or individuals are invited to respond within the prescribed time to this call for tenders by public call for tenders. Responsible For the purposes of this call for tenders and unless otherwise indicated on its part, the Municipality obliges the tenderer to address themselves exclusively to the person in charge of the call for tenders and to no other person: Marc Levesque, Director general & clerk-treasurer. Any breach of this obligation may result in the rejection of the submission. Conditions Tenders must be submitted in sealed envelopes bearing the inscription "Call for tenders, Paving 12 th row east". Bids not conforming to the specifications and conditions will be rejected. Any incomplete, conditional tender, which contains additions not requested, or irregularities of any kind or which does not contain the required declarations may also be rejected as irregular. The tenderer cannot withdraw his tender after it has been opened to the municipality. If his submission is accepted, he will be bound by the terms of his submission. In its analysis of the bids received, the Municipality reserves the right to override minor exemptions that have no direct consequences on the nature and scope of this call for tenders. Award of contract The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the Council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its Council.
