Submission sent electronically accepted: No This call for tenders consists of retaining the professional services of an engineering service provider to carry out a geotechnical study and stability analysis of the aboiteaux, including risk analysis and intervention recommendations in order to assess the capacity technical and structural aspects of the aboiteaux to act as a flood protection work in the urbanized sector of Saint-André. The offer must be presented by a supplier having an establishment in Quebec or in one of the territories covered by the applicable agreements. Their establishment must be accessible to the public during normal business hours and bring together a large part of the permanent resources, material and equipment necessary to carry out the mandate for which the MRC intends to award a contract.
The tender documents are available through the Electronic Tendering System on the website by paying the costs provided for these purposes to the following notice number 531140002001-02. All Bidders must comply with it, under penalty of a sanction which may go as far as the rejection of the bid or the termination of the contract, as the case may be.
The MRC incurs no responsibility for the fact that the written opinions or any documents conveyed by electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever. Consequently, any Bidder must ensure, before bidding, that it obtains all the Bidding Documents.
