The work involves milling, and overlaying existing hot mix asphalt pavement. Traffic signal, guiderail, and drainage improvements are also included in the work. The project is being progressed by the Onondaga County Department of Transportation, in conjunction with funding from the New York State Department of Transportation and the Federal Highway Administration.
