The District reserves the right to reject any or all submittals or to waive any irregularities and/or informalities in any proposals. No proposer may withdraw any proposal for a period of one hundred and eighty (180) calendar days after the submission deadline. Contract Negotiations (if needed) 5/25/2022 All negotiations will take place via Zoom conference calls.
