Reference Number PW-$$HN-329-81128 Trade Agreement: CETA/WTO-AGP/CPTPP/CFTA/FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama/Korea/UK Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Best Overall Proposal Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: Yes Nature of Requirements: This requirement is for the design and installation of three (3) Earth Observation Antenna Systems: - Quantity 2 Tri-band (Ka/X/S) antennas at the Inuvik Satellite Station Facility (ISSF); - Quantity 1 Dual-Band (X/S) antenna X/S at the Gatineau Satellite Station (GSS). Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements (Inuvik): This procurement has deliveries in Inuvik (Northwest Territories) and consequently subject to the Inuvialuit Final Agreement and the Gwich'in Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
