Renovation of a municipal facility in Greeley, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This bid is to renovate and finish an unfinished space in the Weld County Clerk and Recorder building located at 1250 H Street, Greeley, CO 80631 to accommodate a new ballot counting area and Veterans Services offices. Questions are submitted online No Emailed bids are required. Email bids to bids@weldgov.com; however, if your bid exceeds 25MB please upload your bid to portal . The maximum file size to upload to portal is 500 MB. PDF format is required. Emailed bids must include the following statement on the email: "I hereby waive my right to a sealed bid". An email confirmation will be sent when we receive your bid/proposal. Please call Purchasing at 970-400-4223 or 4222 with any questions. Removals - Carefully remove existing interior walls, ceilings, doors, frames, restroom fixtures, piping, lighting fixtures and wiring shown on demolition plan. All removed materials shall become the property of Contractor and shall be disposed of legally off the site.
