Completion Date: Aug. 30, 2023 The Section 00 41 73 Prime Contractor Response Form (Response Form), which includes the attachments listed in the project manual table of contents, is posted within the VirtuBid area of the electronically Plan Room. The Response Form must be downloaded, completed, and uploaded with the bid before it can be posted. This solicitation includes qualification requirements. Attachment C of the Response Form contains the qualification requirements for the solicitation. Qualification requirements include, but are not limited to: Responding company has completed as a Prime Contractor or as a Subcontractor, the work for at least 3 contracts which have achieved Substantial Completion since August 2017 for construction of modification/installation of steam boilers and/or associated steam piping. Each of these contracts MUST have had a construction value of $300,000 or greater. OR In lieu of Responding company's projects, Responder may provide on the form below up to 3 qualifying projects completed by the Project Manager while employed by others which have achieved Substantial Completion August 2017 for modification/installation of steam boilers and/or associated steam piping, and $300,000 or greater.
