Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, tools, gas, equipment and maintenance of equipment, bags for removal of cuttings and trash, permits, and other items necessary to complete the work as stated herein. All questions must be submitted in writing and e-mailed to FWHS at procurement@fwhs.org or faxed to (817) 333-3593 before or by 1:00 p.m. CT Wednesday, April 20, 2022. The contract term shall be for one (1) year with two (2) one-year renewal options FWHS reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Contractors may provide additional information as needed on separate pages.
