Site work for a fire / police facility in Florham Park, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a fire / police facility.

Estimated cost or range: $300K to $500K The project generally consists of installation of soil erosion and control measures, clearing site, construction layout, excavation, on-site disposal with the construction of berms, off-site disposal, site restoration, planting of trees and shrubs, completion of an as-built survey, and other incidental work, all in the Borough of Florham Park in accordance with the form of proposal, contract and specifications prepared by the Boroughs Engineering Consultant, Greenman-Pederson, Inc. The NJDOT 2019 Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, and as amended herein, shall govern the construction of this project. Bids shall be submitted on the forms provided, in the manner designated therein and required by the Specifications. They must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond on the form provided of not less than 10% of the amount of bid. Plans and specifications will also be available on CD or USB flash drive for a nonrefundable charge of $10.00. Payment must be in the form of cash, certified check, or money order made out to the Borough of Florham Park. The Mayor and Borough Council of the Borough of Florham Park reserve the right to reject any or all bids, to reject unbalanced bids, to waive any informality therein in any bid, and to accept any bid that will be in the best interest of the Borough of Florham Park according to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1.
