The City Schools of Decatur ("CSD") is seeking Custodial Services from qualified Firms (teams) for all of its facilities. As part of this Custodial Program, it is anticipated that Custodians will be necessary at all of the School Facilities. CSD currently serves approximately 5,630 students and operates ten schools and two administrative facilities. All schools are within a four-mile radius. It is the desire of CSD to work with the selected Firm to develop a specific plan of action to achieve the necessary services Therefore, CSD is seeking Firm (s) or Team (s) based on their qualifications and proposals. Questions received after April 25, 2022 The performance period for the Agreement is one (1) year from the effective date. In addition to the base period of one (1) year, there are four (4) one-year optional renewal terms (each a "Renewal Term") to be exercised at the sole discretion and approval of the City Schools of Decatur Anticipated Contract Award June 14, 2022 The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all proposals deemed to be non-responsive. The City Schools of Decatur also reserves the right to reject any and all qualifications, to waive any technicalities, informalities, or irregularities and to ultimately award a contract to the firm that is deemed to have presented the best and most advantageous qualifications and proposalfor the SchoolDistrict, resulting froman evaluation process using criteria set forth in Section III of this qualifications document.
