two projects for Municipal Building: 1) Framing and Finishing Archive Room; 2) Electrical Work for Archive Room. Bid documents may be examined at the Township office between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, and 9:00-noon, Wednesday. Bidders will be required to provide bid security in the amount of 10% of the proposal. A bank check or bid bond will be accepted. Contract to use prevailing wage rates as determined by the Secretary of the Department of Labor and Industry. These rates must be paid by the contractor. Employees shall not be discriminated against because of race, color, age, religion, sex, or national origin. Middle Paxton Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
