Renovation of an educational facility in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Thunder Bay Catholic School Board is seeking a qualified contractor(s) to provide a heating conversion upgrade from steam to hydronic with new boilers & heating equipment and new controls at St. Ann School. The Thunder Bay Catholic District School Board invites interested parties to submit quotations to provide removal of two existing steam boilers and replace with three new hot water boilers, removal of all existing steam heating equipment and replace/install new hot water heating equipment (minus the unit ventilators which will be supplied by Owner); and providing BAS controls as outlined on design drawings at St. Ann School. During regular school occupancy, work in the corridors and classroom shall be conducted in the evenings after 3:30 p.m.; boiler room and crawlspace work can be conducted during daytime hours so there will not be any disruption of the classes of child care operations.
