For any information, the bidder must contact Mr. Michel Bradner, municipal inspector, by phone at 450 789-2489 or by email at permis@yamaska.ca Only tenders sent on the forms provided by the Municipality and accompanied by all the documents required by this call for tenders will be taken into consideration. All tenders must be accompanied by a certified check representing 5% of the total tender or a tender bond established in the same amount and valid for 90 days. The tenderer must provide a copy of his building contractor's license issued by the Regie du batiment du Quebec. They will then be analyzed to be presented to the municipal council on May 11, 2021 at 8 p.m. The municipality proceeds to determine the conformity of the bids and does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received, nor to endorse any obligation or any costs towards the bidders. The Municipality reserves the right to remove certain works in order to respect the established budget. award is subject to final approval.
