Renovation of a mixed-use development in Cumming, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Magistrate Court: 1090 Tribble Gap Road, Cumming, GA 30040 Property & Evidence: 2314 Keith Bridge Road, Cumming, GA 30040 o Remove 1,500 sq.' of VCT & 320 linear foot of cove base o Install 1,500 sq.' of LVT & 320 linear foot of rubber cove base o Remove 250 sq.' of carpet & 60 linear foot of cove base o Install 250 sq.' of slip resistant LVT & 60 linear foot of rubber cove base o Remove existing transitions and install new o Remove carpet from 4 steps/5 risers o Install rubber tread on 4 steps/5 risers o Contractor responsible for moving desk/s, Pepsi machine, benches, X-Ray machine, Screening machine, desk and any other items that need to be relocated to complete the project. All items to be placed back in their original location after work has been completed o Floor to be leveled if needed for install of the new flooring o Contractor to follow Forsyth County Standards o Contractor must obtain a background check on all employees & badges must be wore at all times o Work to be performed on Saturday and Sunday only (Magistrate Court) o Contractor must clean site at the end of each day and remove debris/trash/garbage from site and haul off or obtain a dumpster o Contractor is responsible for his/her own measurements. Numbers provided are an estimate Providing all materials, equipment, and labor for removal and installation of flooring at Magistrate Court and Property & Evidence.
