Site work for a water / sewer project in State Farm, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Agency's required completion time: 7 calendar days after ARO Provide all labor and equipment to disconnect existing defective surge tank from all piping and electrical connections. Reroute D/A overflow to existing hot well. Remove existing insulation. Unbolt and remove surge tank from stand with forklift and load onto trailer. Transport tank back to Contractor's facility to make necessary repairs. . Provide all labor and material to prep bottom half of the surge tank for new 1/4" x 4' x 8' repair plate. Layout new repair plate with existing pipe ports. Fit repair plate over ports and ensure proper alignment. Seam weld entire repair plate and all pipe ports. Clean all weld and prep for painting. Provide all labor and material to paint all repaired areas. . Load surge tank and deliver to jobsite. Rig tank and install back onto existing support stand. Tie all pipe and electrical back into the surge tank. Flood tank and piping and ensure no leaks are detected. . Insulate surge tank with fiberglass insulation and canvas cover to match existing. . Place system back into operation and ensure no leaks are detected and proper system operation. . Clean off site of all related material and debris. . Perform work during normal working hours, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m
