Rehabilitation of the playground will comply with California Health and Safety Code and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other items not mentioned here, but are required by the plans and the Special Provisions. Reference attached IFB Document PREVAILING RATES OF WAGES: Prevailing wage requirements apply to public works projects with a value exceeding $1,000.00. The definition of "public works" is found at Labor Code Section 1720, et seq.
