Provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, incidentals, permits and taxes necessary to replace the HVAC and ducting in the main house, install a new air conditioning unit in the Foremans house, replace existing ducting in the Foremans house, add four (4) new registers with ducting to the existing HVAC system in the Foremans house, replace electrical panel at the Foremans house, and other miscellaneous work.
