The bid will be for furnishing the following: BID 22-006 Roadside Cleaning Assistance. No faxed bid responses will be accepted. Please submit an original bid response and two complete (2) copies of the bid response . Bidders may withdraw bids at any time prior to the official opening. Bidder, to guarantee the authenticity of the change, must initial alterations made before opening time. After the official opening, bids may not be amended or altered, and may not be withdrawn without the approval of Commissioners Court. Bidders should use lump-sum pricing for all items for which firm quantities are specified and unit pricing for all items for which estimated quantities are given. Bids may be withdrawn at any time prior to the official opening. Alterations made before opening time must be initialed by the Bidder to guarantee authenticity. After the official opening, bids may not be amended, altered, or withdrawn without the recommendation of the Purchasing Agent. All bids become the property of McLennan County and will not be returned to the offeror. The County is exempt from Federal Excise Tax and State Sales Tax. Therefore, such taxes must not be included in bid proposals. The County reserves the right to accept or reject, in part or in whole, any bids submitted; and to waive any technicalities for the best interest of the County
