Questions Due Date: Apr 19th 2022, 4:00 PM MDT. There are numerous areas throughout Ada County that require grounds maintenance. The areas that require grounds maintenance for this RFP include the Faces of Hope Victim Center ("FACES"), Morris Hill/Coroner's Office, Juvenile Services, Landfill, Public Safety Building Complex, Paramedics Safety Complex, Paramedics Admin and Training Facility, Benjamin Campus, Ada County Emergency Medical Services, Extension Services, Expo Idaho, Lady Bird Park, Juvenile Services - Meridian, Paramedic Station 17; 34; 36; and 38, Weed, Pest, and Mosquito Abatement, and the Meridian 911 Dispatch Center ("The Sites"). The Sites are detailed within the Request for Proposal package below. The Grounds Maintenance services to be provided, detailed in the Request for Proposal package below, include but are not limited to mowing, pruning, trimming, clearing debris, lawn maintenance and treatment, irrigation maintenance, and weed control. All questions and requests must be submitted in the Opportunity Q&A section of the Bonfire project listing, and received no later than April 19, 2022, at 4:00 p.m. local time. An addendum will be issued on or about April 20, 2022. The Board of Ada County Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
