Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Republic, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a 5,616-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; fire / police facility; fire / police facility; and water / sewer project.
Work includes but is not limited to the design and build a new station approximately 5,616 sf Pre- Manufactured Metal Building Meeting Fire Station specs with four apparatus bays. The facility is proposed to be a metal framed building with metal roof, metal siding and interior metal framed walls. Site work includes, but is not limited to grading, earthwork, storm water systems, septic/water connections, concrete paving, and concrete wall. There are also four alternate bid items. The site also contains a neighboring fire station that will require 24-hour operation while the new station is constructed. The Estimate for this project is $1,200,000.
