City of Litchfield Park (Owner) is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified design-build firms interested in providing design-build preconstruction and construction services for parking garages for the Litchfield Square project. Litchfield Square is a 26-acre mixed-use project under development at the northeast corner of Litchfield Road and Wigwam Boulevard in the City of Litchfield Park. The City, as Owner, has contracted for all design and construction services for the public infrastructure associated with the project including a 2.5-acre park. This infrastructure is under construction. The current solicitation is for phased design and construction of up to four parking garages using the design-build procurement method. Garages will be designed and built in concert with development of the mixed-use lots. The project will be phased. Phase 1A will include conceptual design for the parking garages and approvals through the City's Design Review Board and City Council. Phase 1B will be the final design of and preparation of construction documents for the first garage to be built. Phase 2 will be construction of the first garage. The City does not guarantee that any parking garages will be designed or built.
