Renovation of a municipal facility in Corpus Christi, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) is soliciting bids for the purchase and installation of one (1) Air-Cooled Liquid Chiller at CCA Marine Development Center (MDC), 4300 Waldron Rd, Corpus Christi, TX 78418 located in Nueces County, Texas per the following specifications dated April 2022. Installation must be completed no later than August 31, 2022 TERM OF CONTRACT: Contract shall commence upon date of award and continue through August 31, 2022. unless sooner terminated under the terms of this contract. The contract shall terminate upon full performance of all requirements contained in this contract, unless otherwise extended or renewed, as provided in accordance with the contract terms and conditions. AWARD NOTICE: The State reserves the right to make an award on the basis of low line-item bid, low total of line items, or in any other combination that will serve the best interest of the State and to reject any and all bid items in the sole discretion of the State *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
