Service Contractor shall provide Two (2) inspections per year, one in May and one in November. Inspections shall include Fire Suppression Systems for Forty-One (41) units at Thirty-Eight (38) City of Mobile facilities, (as listed in Exhibit A - Locations). Provide Fire Suppression System Inspection in accordance with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 96: standard for Ventilation Control and Fire Protection of Commercial Cooking Operations The Term of the Contract is for a period of one (1) year commencing on the date of the written Notice to Proceed issued by the Owner.
