The Center de services scolaire des Laurentides is requesting quotes for the rental & installation of four modular premises: Succession
The contract will be for a period of 12 months with an option to extend. SUBMISSION GUARANTEE: All tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee representing 10% of the total amount of the tender excluding all applicable taxes, issued by a financial institution which is an insurer holding a license issued in accordance with the Insurance Act (RSQ, c. A-32) authorizing it to practice suretyship insurance, a trust company holding a permit issued under the Act respecting trust companies and savings companies (RSQ, c. S-29.01) , a financial services cooperative covered by the Act respecting financial services cooperatives (RSQ, c. C-67.3) or a bank within the meaning of the Bank Act (LC, 1991, c. 46), failing which the tender will be automatically rejected. All public calls for tenders, quotes and tenders are governed by the Act respecting contracting by public bodies and its regulations and by the policies, regulations or directives of the Center de services scolaire des Laurentides
This public call for tenders is subject to the following intergovernmental agreements:
ACCQO - Trade and cooperation agreement between Quebec and Ontario;
AQNB - Agreement for the release of public markets in Quebec and New Brunswick;
CFTA - Canadian Free Trade Agreement;
CETA - Global Economic and Trade Agreement between Canada and the European Union.
Only will be considered for the purpose of awarding the contract, tenders from contractors having an establishment in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental agreement covered by law is applicable, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by this agreement, and holding , if applicable, the license required under the Building Act (RSQ, c. B.-1.1).
DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF COMPLAINTS: The deadline for filing complaints under section 21.0.4 of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies (LCOP) can be found in the "Information" section of the notice on SEAO. RESERVE : The Center de services scolaire des Laurentides does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received and opened.
Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required.
