Building West 460 (W460) is a 3,000 sq. ft. post frame, single story structure built in in 1972. Work involves the replacement of metal siding, sheathing and insulation, existing exterior windows, doors, and portico. Installation of rodent barrier, gutters, lot paving, eight (8) double hung windows and foundation drainage. Perform structural slab fortifications as indicated below. Work is intended to be completed prior to prior to December 31, 2023. Bid Bond: 5% Performance Bond: 100%
