Project Number- 2022-107/108 Replacement of the existing chiller and associated appurtenances at both the MacFarland Intermediate School and Clara Barton Elementary School (base bid). Replacement of selected roof top HVAC units, and associated roof curb & flashing work at the Bordentown Regional High School (alternate bid). Single Overall Contract (DPMC C032 with C047) Project Start Chillers: 10/15/2022 Project Start HVAC: 12/23/2022 Substantial Completion Chillers: 11/18/2022 Substantial Completion Chillers: 12/31/2022 Final Completion: 1/30/2023 All requests for information (RFI) must be submitted in writing by April 22, 2022, and sent by faxing to 609-883- 2694 or by emailing cwoodward@fvhdpc.com, or via common carrier to the Architect. All correspondence must include the Architect Project Name and Project Number referenced. The Architect is not responsible for misdirected or misrouted correspondence. Bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond drawn to the order of the Owner for not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid, but in no case in excess of $20,000.00; and must be delivered to the above place on or before the hour named. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-25, each proposal shall be accompanied by a Consent of Surety from a Surety Company stating it will provide each bidder with separate Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the contract sum. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening thereof. The right is reserved to reject all bids or to waive minor informalities in the bidding if it is in the interest of the Owner to do so. The project consists of the Chiller Replacement at MacFarland Intermediate School and Clara Barton Elementary School for the Bordentown Regional School District, Board of Education, Burlington County, New Jersey. The Lump Sum Bid work consists of but is not limited to the following: 1. Remove and replace the Chiller and all associated work at MacFarland Intermediate and Clara Barton Elementary Schools.
