The work is detailed in the attached estimate Any questions should also be sent to the project manager, at least 72 hours before the closing of the submission, at the following coordinates: Mélissa Lefebvre / melissa.lefebvre@omhvalleyfield.ca No answers or questions will be taken / given by telephone. Tendering contractors are responsible for the choice of subcontractors, with regard to their skills, their solvency and the content of their tender. They must inform them of the conditions of submission and ensure that they hold the required permits and licenses. The Châteauguay OMH is not bound to accept the lowest or any of the bids received. Please inform us of your intention to submit a price or not using the form provided in the attached documents. The Office municipal d'habitation de Châteauguay thanks you for your interest in this request for quotation. Bid bond 10% is required. Performance bond and obligation bond for wages, materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required. award is subject to final approval.
