Renovation of a stadium in Dieppe, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
The project will consist of the procurement and installation of heat exchangers, pumps, automation equipment and sensors, hydronic coils, a bench heating system, and related work as outlined in the specifications. This contractual form of a tender agreement between the owner and contractor. Arising from this tender will be a CCDC 2-2008 stipulated price contract. The key objectives of this contract are to: # Provide a new heat recovery system for the Arthur-J.-Leblanc (AJL) Centre. # Provide electrical wiring, conduit, equipment, and labour from panels to mechanical equipment and sensors. # Provide a bench heating system for both rinks at the AJL Centre. The scope of work for the contractor sought by this tender comprises all required key objectives listed above and logistical work required for a complete functional install. Control Number 17365739
