Reference number : 1592363 Review Title : Supply and installation of water games Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-04-19 Submission sent electronically accepted: No Notice is hereby given that the Municipality of Sayabec is requesting tenders to retain the services of a company to supply and install water features on lot 4 348 641 located along Keable Street in the Municipality of Sayabec . The scope of the project is $140,000 (before taxes), supply and installation of the water feature included. This project excludes excavation, backfilling, supply of backfilling materials to below the level of the concrete slab, installation and supply of a drain on the periphery of the facilities as well as the restoration of the places (grading, topsoil and sodding), this work will be carried out by others. In a non-limiting manner, the tasks consist of carrying out the: Design the layout of water games according to the ''nautical'' theme; Construction and layout of the playground, including the supply and installation of the bases of the water play structures; Construction of a complete recirculating water system of water play accessories including mechanics, plumbing, electrical services and the water filtration and disinfection system; Construction of a concrete slab and its infrastructure according to the form and specifications described in these tender documents. Connection to the aqueduct connection located in the service building; Connection to the electrical panel located in the mechanical room of the service building; Installation of game modules and components; Commissioning, programming and staff training; Technical support during the first closing of the games for the winter season. Any preparation or related activity necessary to obtain the results mentioned or intended must be considered as an integral part of the contract. The activities will be carried out within the framework of the Canadian Community Revitalization Fund (CRFC), Support Program for Small-Scale Sports and Recreational Infrastructures (PSISRPE) and the Community Development Fund (FADM) of Desjardins.
