On the University of Northern Colorado, Greeley Campus, the awarded contractor(s) shall provide all labor, material, equipment, mobilization, traffic control, transportation, insurance, supervision, power & water supplies if not available and all items related to the removal, disposal, clean-up, replacement and cleaning of miscellaneous masonry materials utilizing qualified individuals to perform the work. The awarded contractor(s) will be responsible for the purchase and installation of new brick and CMU walls, repair of existing brick, stone and CMU walls, removal and replacement of existing mortar at a depth of 1/2 " to 3/4 ", repointing existing mortar joints, matching color of existing brick and mortar joints, matching color, purchasing and installing various sized cap stones, removal and replacement of existing caulk joints between cap stones and where masonry meets other materials, (ie concrete), using approved polyurethane sealants, cleaning stains, efflorescence and unwanted material after repairs, restoration and repair of damaged precast concrete or limestone, removal and cleaning of brick for reuse if necessary, sealing of masonry surfaces, clean up of work areas during and when projects are complete, assist in determining masonry problems and repair needs.
