Reference number : 1613816 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-06-20 Submission sent electronically accepted: Nope Options related to this notice: This notice has renewal options (1 year or 4 years) The Municipality of Sainte-Anne-de-la-Rochelle requires tenders for: A CONTRACT FOR SNOW REMOVAL AND WINTER MAINTENANCE OF THE ROAD NETWORK OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAINTE-ANNE-DE-LA-ROCHELLE Purpose of the contract: The Municipality of Sainte-Anne-de-la-Rochelle wishes to obtain the services of a company for snow removal and winter maintenance of the Municipality's road network, including all the work described in Part 9 " Technical specifications ". The total length of the roads covered by this contract is approximately 33.55 kilometres. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council. A bid bond of $10,000 must accompany the bid.
