Reference number : 1592272 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-04-20 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The Municipality of Saint-Charles-sur-Richelieu would like to obtain tenders for the replacement of a 2,400 mm diameter culvert located along the 3e rang Sud, including the construction of the ends, the protective riprap, the protective walls , the retaining wall, the stabilization of the banks and the rockfill at the ends of the culvert as well as the rehabilitation of the roadway above the culvert and various related works. The works are to be carried out before May 26, 2022. The Municipality of Saint-Charles-sur-Richelieu does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received and assumes no obligation of any kind whatsoever towards the tenderer(s). Bid bond 10% is required. Performance bond and obligation bond for wages, materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required. award is subject to final approval.
