The estimated value of the construction work is between $200,200.00 and $302,899.00 (plus tax). For your information, the project mainly consists of replacing the concrete slab, repairing the loading dock, replacing joints in exterior panels and sidewalks. The work execution time is 4 weeks from the date of the authorization to start the work given by the project manager.
