The Municipality is seeking quotations from qualified contractors to supply and install wellhead and water treatment plant protection equipment at various Municipally owned water system infrastructure locations. The Rural Municipality of Springfield is seeking quotations from qualified contractors to supply and install wellhead and water treatment plant protection equipment at the RM of Springfield's Water System Infrastructure raw water wells and water treatment plants as shown in Appendices C through F. Physical security features at the new wells involve the installation of steel pipe & concrete filled protection bollards and perimeter chain link security fencing. Physical security features at the new treated water reservoir involve the installation of perimeter chain link security fencing. The Dugald Raw Water Wells are located at the northeast corner of Poplar Road (31E) and Suthwyn Road (59N), approximately 6.5 kilometers east of the Town of Dugald, in Section SW 32-10-6E1. The wells are situated within the Municipal Right-Of-Way on the north side of Suthwyn Road, approximately 190 meters and 290 meters east of Poplar Road.
