The project consists of patch, seal coat, and removal and replacement of poured in place surfacing at several City playground surfaces listed under project locations. Each location is prioritized along with the proposed type of work. The contractor will need to evaluate the proposed type of work for each location. The Contractor will be responsible for supporting all site work for each location to complete surfacing work at playgrounds. Each playground site will be coordinated with the City's project manager before any work begins. The city has prepared an outline of services (which includes a description of the city's project objectives) which is attached as exhibit "1" to the request for proposals ("rfp"), and generally includes: playground maintenance and safety resurfacing at various city locations. The sole point of contact for information pertaining to this RFP . Communication with City staff about the scope of services or anything else related to this RFP is forbidden. If any proposer has any question regarding the meaning of any part of this RFP, or finds discrepancies in or omissions from this RFP, the proposer shall submit questions through the City of Fremont's online bidding provider by 3:00 PM on Tuesday, April 12, 2022.
