As an indication and without commitment from Hydro-Québec, the order of magnitude, including the options, is: between $1,000,000 and $3,000,000 The main purpose of this contract is the supply of specialized labour, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, accessories and services necessary for the removal (in the spring) and the installation ( in the fall) of an ice boom located approximately 6 km downstream from the Rocher de Grand-Mère hydroelectric power station on the St-Maurice River.
