Visalia is seeking proposals from qualified professional consultants to prepare a comprehensive 6th Cycle update to its Housing Element. The City hereby affirmatively ensures that Minority Business Enterprises and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals in response to this notice.
