Pryor Public Schools - Middle School Addition Site work, New Construction, and Renovation of an existing educational facility in Pryor, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the construction of a new Classroom Addition, repurpose of existing facilites, and various renovations to the existing educational facility. Pryor Public Schools, hereinafter referred to as Owner and Bravo Builders, LLC, hereinafter called the Construction Manager, will receive SEALED bids to provide ALL work included in the Pryor Middle School and Stem/IT Addition & Renovation located at 7 South Hogan St, Pryor, OK 74362. All properly sealed and labeled bids will be received by the Owner (Pryor Public Schools, Independent School District #1) and the Construction Manager (Bravo Builders LLC). All sealed bids shall be delivered to the Pryor Public Schools Education Services Center located at 405 SW 1st Street, Pryor, OK 74361. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours before, excluding weekends and holidays, as well as Bids received after the time set for opening of Bids, will not be considered and will be returned unopened to the Bidder. Each Bid must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check, or bid bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid and all Alternates if the bid should equal $50,000.00 or more.
