Site work for a mixed-use development in Redlands, California. Completed plans call for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
The scope of work consists of constructing 4" PCC patio, manufacturing and installation of aluminum patio cover with lighting and heater system, constructing ADA compliant ramp and handrail, fabrication and installation of guardrail, fabrication and installation of chain link fence and gate, constructing concrete block wall, constructing storm drain, constructing raised planters The City Council ofthe City ofRedlands reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any irregularity, and award contracts in the best interests ofthe City. All tenus and conditions contained in the Contract Documents including the Instructions to Bidders shall become a part ofthe Contract. No Bidder may withdraw their Bid for a period ofsixty (60) days after the time ofBid Opening. All questions related to tliis project shall be directed to Jawad Naderi, Project Manager, at 909-798- 7584 Ext 8. It shall be understood, however, that no specification interpretations will be made by telephone, nor will any products be considered for approval prior to award ofthe Contract.
